12 shots from the accused arms. Wow ... that's a lot considering you're firing at a kid (who drive at high speed). I don't think the corporal will get out of this one.

Gunshot to the head killed Aminulrasyid, court hears
He said this when testifying in the trial of Kpl Jenain Subi, 48, who is charged under Section 304(a) of the Penal Code for causing Aminulrasyid's death on April 26 at Jalan Tarian 11/2, Section 11 here between 1.10am to 2am.
The charge for culpable homicide not amounting to murder, carries a maximum jail of 30 years if convicted.
Questioned by deputy prosecutor Adilla Ahmad about the range from which Aminulraysid was shot, Dr Khairul Azman, the prosecution's 23rd witness, said based on the nature of the wound with the bullet's entry point in the back of the head but not exiting the skull, it must have been from a distance.
He said from the tests, it was determined that three shots were fired from the constable's gun and 12 from Jenain's.
